Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

LESSON

The apostle’s first positive instruction to Timothy regarding his leadership of the Ephesian church was that believers should offer prayer for all people. He gave this directive to emphasize its importance, defend its value, and clarify its practice.

The Bible teaches that in the last days before Christ’s return our world would become perilous. It is during times like these that we need to become people of prayer. The call to prayer for our leaders and our nation is clear from the pages of God’s Word. It’s often said that the purpose of prayer is not to get man’s will done in heaven, but to get God’s will done on earth.” “Even those who will not allow you to speak to them about God, cannot prevent you speaking to God about them. What mighty conquests have been won this way
Memory Verse: Isaiah 52:7
